KAVORTE /
What we actually do
We are not a catalogue. We are the layer between your specification and a working vessel standing in your plant.
Supplier selection & factory audit
We work from a short list of workshops we have walked through — not an open directory.
- On-site audit: production licence, firing furnace, welding records, QC process
- Capacity checked against your delivery date, not against optimism
- Two or three options compared, with the trade-offs written down
Technical specification
Your process conditions turned into a vessel that will actually survive them.
- Material selection against medium, concentration and temperature
- Jacket, coil or half-pipe heating recommended for your duty
- Seal, agitator and drive matched to viscosity and mixing objective
- Corrosion limits flagged before they become a warranty claim
Negotiation & firm quotation
A price you can compare, with nothing buried in the total.
- Line-by-line quotation: vessel, options, testing, packing, freight
- Price held for an agreed validity window
- Payment structure, Incoterms and lead time explained before you sign
Production monitoring & inspection
Your eyes in the workshop for the six weeks that matter.
- Progress reports with photographs during fabrication
- Hydrostatic pressure test and 20 kV spark test witnessed and recorded
- Pre-shipment inspection report issued before loading, not after
Export documentation & freight
The paperwork that decides whether your vessel clears customs.
- Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, quality certificates
- Crating and lashing suited to the route and to transhipment
- Customs declaration, HS classification and export licensing where required
After-sales & spare parts
The part almost nobody in this trade actually delivers.
- Installation and commissioning guidance in writing and on video
- Agitators, mechanical seals, gaskets, sight glasses and discharge valves
- One point of contact who remembers your order
THE HONEST ANSWER
Why use an agent instead of going factory-direct?
Direct sounds cheaper. On a first order it is usually not — and it is always riskier.
- You cannot audit a factory from a website. We can. That is most of the job.
- The cheapest quotation is rarely the cheapest vessel. Thinner lining, lighter steel and no testing are how a price gets low.
- When the factory is busy, your order moves to the back. We sit in their office until it doesn't.
- A problem in month nine needs a person in China, not an unanswered email in a language you had to translate.

Send us your duty. We'll send you a specification.
No obligation and no sales sequence. Tell us what you are trying to make, and we will tell you what it takes — vessel, material, limits and price.
